My wife's hotmail address will not send emails on our desktop machine. Or rather, it won't send most, but we did manage to exchange messages, though with some problems. Mine sends OK, but I could not post this message on the desktop, am using a laptop.
Her address works fine on our laptop through same wifi connection. We have just had the desktop reloaded with windows, and it all worked fine at the repairers.
When she clicks send, the wheel turns for ages then stops and the message is still on screen. Sometimes - say if she tries to access a different folder (trash, sent mail etc) she gets 'page can't be displayed' message.
Browsing is not affected, and I can use my gmail account with no problems.
Any ideas, please?
