Opened my computer (windows 10) this a.m.    voice message from supposedly Microsoft saying my computer was infected with some kind of pornographic virus malware that was attacking all my files    email,  financial info, photos etc.  and to call an 800 number immediately   which I did not.  as I had never had this before .

Shut down my computer and reopened   but can not access my windows live mail now .   other programs seem ok 

Any suggestions  to this neophyte ??
