I keep getting a pop-up box saying "enter your user name and password for the following server Mail.mchsi.com.  I do that and it still keeps popping up and obscuring the work I'm doing.  I changed the password and the new password was accepted but I still keep getting the pop-up.  How can I get it to leave me alone?
