I accidentally deleted my primary e-mail Account on Windows Live Mail.  This wiped out the direct access to the account and also the 3-4 weeks of Messages still in my In-Box.  (I had transitioned to Live mail almost a month ago.)  Is there any way to recover the lost account information?  Is there an easier way to recreate the same Account (if the last question is no) than to go through the entire process I used when I went from my old e-mail?
