Hi Ive just successfully created the windows live custom domain www.activetraffic.com.au but when I go to add email accounts I get the message below.

"A Microsoft account already exists with this account name. This was likely an account that was used before the domain was using this service.

You may import the account or you may evict this account and create a new account with this name. If you evict the account, the name may not be available for reuse for up to 60 days to protect the previous member's privacy"

We just switched over to outlook.com and now have a problem that we cannot create the email accounts we need.

Please help - the nature of this is quite urgent
