I have had Windows 7 and Live Mail for quite some time. Recently I've been getting a Window Security Warning for news letters from one publisher who is totally legitimate.  The warning asks if I wish to allow a cookie, yes or no.  I can't do anything until I answer. This repeats every time I go to that news letter, even in my deleted file. Very annoying! The publisher is checking their code but wondered about Windows response. Anything?
