Hello,
We go through our morning emails and forward them to the appropriate people within our company. On some emails the original senders' email will not forward. This means we have to type the email address of the sender in the body of the forwarding email so the recipient does not have to call and ask for it.
I tried to add the people to our contact list and that does not work. Can it be how the sender's email program is set up?
Any help will be appreciated.
