Issue; there is no account picture synced/showing in Windows Live Mail see the picture.

I have noticed when changing the account picture via the charms menu that Outlook.com and my Word 2013 does not change at that time?

History; when I used this version on Windows XP you could see my account picture and it synced when I sent an email it automatically downloaded waiting emails at the same time.

Which version of Windows Live Mail should be installing for Desktop use please provide a direct link?

Can it be installed with v.2009 installed; so as all the settings and mails remain intact when it exchanges?
