I use Windows 7 & Windows Live Mail. As a Club Secretary I have a folder of around 90 members' e-mail addresses amongst all my other e-mail addresses.

I'd like to transfer/copy/export - whatever it's called - just those 90 or so Club members' e-mail addresses to other people, so that I am not the only one whocan e-mail all members directly. How do I do this?
