TRYING TO REGISTER FAMILY SAFETY -

I  can sign in to outlook.com  read email - change account setting etc, but what I cant do is accept any freaking terms of use

I can sign into accounts.live.com and change profile/password etc but what I cant do is accept any freaking terms of use
