I thought my live account was compromised or stolen, but after talking to the support line, I realized that it has been blocked. It isn't a password issue, he said that it may be that i've entered the password in too many times or that it can be spam. I can no longer sign into my xbox account on the website or on my console. I'd like to regain access to my account.I don't think they really know what is going on. I cannot access my account either. I keep getting this error message:
"You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to
sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account)."
when I click on "here" it takes me to the sign in site, but when I try logging in with my office 365 account it can't find it. I have logged on to my office 365 account and logged out, but I still can't access my account. I did
get a pop up that they are working on the issue..but it's date July 31.
