I am getting the above message when attempting to sign into my email account through www.outlook.com. The email was originally provided to me through my university. I graduated back in 2010 and the university stated I would be able to continue to use this email indefinitely. I have never opened any Office 365 account, nor a hotmail, live, or msn account. My email/username appears something as *** Email address is removed for privacy *** have not been able to get into this account for over a week now and I use this email account for my work. Please help me!
