My system was crashed yesterday and I had to reinstall windows xp, the problem is I can't access my university email. every time i use internet explorer or even google chrome to access the email I get this message " You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. I followed the instructions and cleared the cache and I even used my friend pc to access the email but It still in vain. I can't access my email, please help
