Hello, 

I now receive this message: You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account). 

When I attempt to delete the alias, it won't let me as for some reason it's become my primary alias. If you could get back to me as soon as possible that would be fantastic. I've been locked out of this account for about a week now and I really need to access it. 

(note: I can't contact my university administrator about the issue. I just need to delete the alias.)
