I'm also having this 'standard' problem. Only it's my faculty's edu address. I have followed all the steps that everyone suggested but nothing helps. The thing is when I go to outlook.com/MyEduDomain and put in my email and password, nothing happens. No error, the page just refreshes and I have to type in the password again and get in a infinite loop.
Different browsers, different computers and InPrivate browsing doesn't help. I've tried all of them.
I can access SkyDrive and portal.microsoftonline.com, but I can not access my edu mail.
Can somebody please help?
