Today I bought more Skydrive space and uploaded several large files successfully. However, now every time I open my Skydrive, I get the error: "Your Skydrive has been experiencing a large volume of traffic..." and it says that while I can upload files myself, no one I share them with will be able to view or download them. When other users click my links, they see the error below and are asked to try again later.

I still have 27GB available of my 57GB account. I only use the Skydrive web app and do not have the desktop client. I have never seen this error before and have used Skydrive for over a year. The error has been persisting since this morning - it has been lasting for about 7 hours now - and there is no indication of when it will be gone. People are still unable to download/access the files I share with them.

I work for an agency whose client is Microsoft, and Skydrive is the primary way we transfer files to Microsoft for review and approval. Can someone please help me get rid of this error so that we can continue to use Skydrive for internal content reviews?

Thank you.
