The rest of the message is: Some other program is set to download and delete your messages from hotmail. Just in case this was an accident, we've put them in a special POP folder. I have some important time sensitive emails I need to access. I have used hotmail for years  and was starting to use Windows live (live and hotmail are basically the same). I can see my email messages, but when I click on them they will not open. Please help.
