Whenever i try to log into any Microsoft website i receive this message, it has been going on for around 2 years now. This was never a big deal to me as i don't need to access any of Microsoft's websites. But with the recent update to Xbox live a few weeks
ago you now need to enter you password to your account when you log into the first time after the update now. And i get a error message when i try to do this, i had called and talked with the Xbox support team multiple times, and always come out with the same
answer. There is nothing they can do, and i need to post here and wait for someone from the live.com staff to fix the issue. Since you have no email support or phone number to call which is rather annoying. So i am posting here on a second account, seeing
as i can't log into to my real account online or even on Xbox anymore. So, yea i'm not going to post my real email here, i looked through some other threads with people with the same issue and guess i have to wait to pm a staff member the account in question.
So looking forward to hearing from a staff member and getting this issue fixed, since it has been extremely annoying being given the run around with the Xbox staff for the past few weeks to finally here they can't do anything to help me at all, and that i
have to post on a forum for help and not call or email someone.
