I am at my wits end here. My account went from being temporarily suspended (which was already a surprise to me) to being completely shut down within a matter of 30 minutes - AS I WAS ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.  I cannot figure out which files were in violation OR why it won't let me contact support. I entered probably a dozen or so Captcha codes (exactly as they were provided - correct case and all) as well as the listening option (with every number exactly as I heard it) and it told me each and every time that the code provided was invalid.
