I recently tried to sign in to SkyDrive only to receive a message saying my account has been "shut down/taken offline for suspicious activity or a violation of Microsoft's Terms of Use agreement or Code of Conduct". I clicked the link to contact customer support and completed the request to re-instate my account so that I could remove any violating content. The Online Safety Team replied and told me to reset my password, which I did but this had no effect. I contacted the Online Safety Team again telling them that my account was still offline and they told me to post my problem on here.

 

I am trying to resolve this but as yet no one from Microsoft has been able to tell me why my account has been taken offline, what content has violated the Terms of Use or allowed me to take action to comply with the TOU. So what do I have to do to get my account re-activated?
