Yet another question SkyDrive won’t sync with Windows 8.1

This is getting really frustrating. After updating to Windows 8.1, any update on my local laptop won't appear on SkyDrive and nor any update on SkyDrive.com appear on my local laptop.

Many people are having this exact problem and there is no solution from Microsoft. When are you going to fix this?
