I forgot my xbox live password and I no longer have access to the email account linked to my wondows live ID. I have filled out the recovery form over twenty times. I have had someone verify that all of the information I am filling out is correct and I still keep getting denied. Every time I call Microsoft I get the run around and passed on to other people who tell me to fill out the same form that I have filled out twenty times. This is not ok. I know I am not the only person who is having this problem and something needs to be done. I am running out options and I refuse to start over with a new XBOX live ID. I have spent thousands of dollars on my XBOX ID and if I have to start over it will be with Playstation. Please help.
