Hello all,

I am facing 2 problems here with my Xbox account.

Problem #1
I log in my Xbox Account because i used to play games for Windows Marketplace so i log in there and i ended up in Xbox Page. When i log in at the Xbox Page. It went fine, however when i click the "My Account" link at the right side of the page. They show me this Error

I tried refreshing, clearing my cache and stuff "I am a PC geek" and yet i could get over it.

Problem #2

I intent to remove my xbox online safety and privacy parental password but i could not be able to access my parent's account even because they changed email address for almost 2 to 3 years back. I am 23 this year and i deserve to be promoted to a Adult Xbox restriction free account.


I hope Xbox Team can resolve my account problems or any advice..
