Hello, I turned on my x box two nights ago and it popped up that I needed to verify my e-mail address and password, I accepted , the fields were allready highlighted so I guessed they were correct and pressed enter, at the end it told me there was a problem with my account!!

I have followed instructions etc, been on the phone to customer support, (which is difficult because most speak english but hard to understand)
Anyway the e-mail account I used when I joined x box in 2008 is invaild, was only created for x box. I cannot acces it!!

I have tried to get it unblocked, I recieved to verification codes, but when I tried using them it would only allow an option to send password details to my un-used e-mail address..... :/ why did they not insist on registering an e-mail address in the beginning it had to be a microsoft e-mail???

eventually I got an e-mail titled final update on your *** Email address is removed for privacy *** recovery request, it told methey were unable to verify who I was!!!
they take money in payments from bank as recent as 2 weeks prior, but now they are not sure who I am, I provided x box I.d , x box serial numbers, bank details, personal details.... but no , im told to create a new account.. No thanks!!.

I also explained that I dont use that e-mail address , and they have been contacting me via the alternate e-mail, is there one final hope?? or have I lost all my time/money I invested into that account?
