I need help to recover my daughter's outlook account. We suspected that her account was hacked so we tried to reset her password and change her info. Unfortunately, we accidentally clicked the wrong year for the Date Of Birth and she is now locked out of her account because she has to be 14 or over. We tried to recover her password, search help on the website and we had to resort to going on the Live Help Chat. The 'person', 'Vincent' in the end asked us to go and ask on the forum.

She really needs her email for school work! Please help!
