My settings are UK English in Windows Live / Outlook but my keyboard is German (I'm English, living in Germany). When I type everything is OK but the mails received come up as in the example. Obviously the letters confused are those special keys on a German keyboard Ä, Ö, Ü etc. This only started a few months ago but I have no idea what I did to cause this.

Can anybody recommend a solution?
