After succesuful fix the windows live mail,work offline continues and I could not receive

mails. Error message is " server.pop.att.yahoo.com, live mail error: OX800CCCOF, POP3,

port 995.What dose this mean? I tried to check File  and Tools but there is no "work offline".

Please help.
