Every single time I've published a video with WMM (EVERY SINGLE TIME) when I go to split my clips, they are exactly how I want them prior to publishing it. However, after I have published my video, the clips get an extra 1-2 seconds cut off of EACH CLIP. I have no idea how to fix it besides re-editing my entire video. Which tends to take another hour on top of the 3 hours I've already spent editing this.

Is anyone else having this issue? Was anyone able to fix this? I am using the recommended setting listed to publish it to my computer prior to uploading it anywhere else.
