Windows photo gallery worked with Essentials 2012 for about 2 weeks with my windows 10 Pavilion.  I had been using windows live photo gallery for a little over 7 years with windows vista.  Now when I try windows photo gallery I keep getting a message that WLXXPhotoBase.dll is missing.  I have uninstalled and installed windows essential 2012 with the same results.  Also, command prompt (Admin) I typed regsvr32 /u WLXPhotoBase.dll then enter (This will unregister my file).  I typed in regsvr32 /i WLXPhotoBase.dll then enter (This will re-register my file). Closed the Command Prompt then restarted my computer.  I got the same results.  This application with windows 10 has been a nightmare.  Don't know what else to try,
