When trying to start Windows live Mail I received the following message:

"The procedure entry point_crtCreateSymbolicLInkW could not be located in the dynamic link library C:Program Files (x86)Sup TabMSVCP110.dll."

I try to click OK but it come back. I try to close and it come back again. 

The name of the window of the message is the title of this question.

Could anyone help?
