After installing the new update for Windows 10, Version 1607, I encountered problems with  Windows Live Mail on my new laptop.  Email messages would download, but if I tried to reply, or forward them, Windows Live Mail would shut down and restart.  The same thing would happen if I tried to create a new email message.  When I shut down the program, I get an error message:

wlmail.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Click OK to terminate the application.

Click CANCEL to debug the application.

I did NOT have this problem before the new Features Update (1607) installed.  I am concerned because I have several computers running Windows 10, and not all of them allow me to defer Features Updates in Windows Update.

Please respond ASAP.
