A few months ago I began having trouble accessing email with WLM..."recovering windows live data base", then "searching for a solution", and other error messages, etc.....for a while I could click on "new message" from the start menu and send a message even though the full WLM would not open so I could not see my inbox or any other folders; then, after a while, I could not even do that; now WLM won't open at all so I don't get any error messages that I can provide as additional info for you who are reading this. What's so perplexing is that my spouse has a username/account on the same desktop computer (Windows 7 Home premium, Live Mail 2012) and he is able to use WLM as if nothing is wrong.  BestBuy's GeekSquad remotely accessed the computer and even they could not figure out the problem despite numerous uninstalling/installing of the program....they essentially gave up after several hours. My ISP website has webmail that allows me to access all my messages, but it's not as convenient to access. And, I still want an explanation of why WLM is not working for my username/account.   Thanks for any help
