I am running WLM 2012 (Build 16.4.3563.0918) on Windows 7

I use online folders as well as storage folders. In the last few days WLM stops working whenever I try to tidy my inbox and sent box by moving files to the online folders.  I can get it working again by recreating the account but this downloads all the messages again and takes a long time.

When I recreate the account I can move single test messages  but then when I want to move multiple files it seems to get confused and stops working again. I do not get an error message when I send and receive but it does not sync with the online copy.   When I look at the messages online using Outlook Email I see that the messages have not been moved - and recreating the account shows them to be still in their original positions.

Any ideas?
