I have two PC's.  One is running Windows 10 Home and the other is running Windows 10 Pro.  Prior to the November upgrade, my Windows Live Mail was working fine.  Now I cannot get the program to open on either PC.  When I click on the WLM Icon, I get the hourglass for about 5 seconds and then it just stops and nothing else happens.
