I responded to the Microsoft email, stating I should update my WLM 2012.
After I followed directions, it stopped working. No incoming email and cannot send. I am running W7 and before the update, WLM always ran perfectly and for years. I still use one of the old msn.com email addresses. Did a repair, but still not working. I now receive the following message..

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (---------) account.

Server Error: 0x80048820
Server: 'https://m.hotmail.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048820

I worry about actually uninstalling it, since I have tons of saved important emails there, going back many years.

Any help would be so appreciated.
