I already have a hotmail.co.uk and a hotmail.com address which work perfectly on Windows live mail. I am trying to set up another (new) hotmail account but it just won't happen. I am doing everything correctly in the set up, but it is only getting as far as displaying the following message - 

          'windows live mail is synchronizing this account. Check back in a few minutes to read your messages'

And then nothing happens. I've waited days, re-booted, tried again and again but still the same message appears. 

Help please.
