Yesterday, Microsoft confirmed my PC was compatible with W10 and after several hours, the free "upgrade"was "complete". But, I could not connect to internet or even turn Wi-fi on. I called MS again and they told me my PC was NOT compatible with W10. Yup! Completely opposite answer. So they showed me how to restore W7, which after a couple more hours, was complete, or so I thought.

Almost immediately WLM downloaded about 3000 old messages to my desktop. I went to the source Windows Mail and deleted pages and pages of old messages. That should do it. Wrong. Today, they all came back. Any that I hadn't deleted from my desktop are there three times now.

I have contacted MS three times this AM but the "live" chat people are unable to help. They ask a couple questions but never actually answer. Usually, they stop talking until I end the chat after 15 mins or so. One of them sent me to "expert" online support for Outlook which, by the way, just loops back to the same chat prompts. Obviously just wanted to get off the line and hope I didn't get them again when I called back.

So, here I am, after losing an ENTIRE DAY yesterday, I'm  losing today
