Somehow my address book has duplicate entries.  One without any notation that will not delete - clicking on that address entry, the delete key will not work.  Clicking on an entry with "address book" under the entry, the delete red X is active and the entry can be deleted.

HOW do I get rid of all the duplicates that will not delete.  Thx.
