For a couple of weeks now my WLM Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3505.0912) won't go OFF-line ...

I've search for a solution, but all that comes up is just answers to the opposite - that WLM won't go ON-line.

Nothing at all happens when I click the icon for "Work offline" in WLM.

And nothing happens when I click the very same in Windows Media Player >> File > Work offline.

I already tried to Repair, to no avail.

And this happend before I installed IE11 for Win7, 64-bits.  But before that I had the Dev. Preview of IE11 installed, but uninstalled it after some hours.

The only thing else I can come up with, is that I now have MS Expression Web 4 installed, if that could conflict with WLM some way ?!

If it has some option for Off/On-line that I haven't seen?

So, what to do, and why is this happening?
