*I have verified through the Windstream email portal that I can access my email using this exact username/password, I have my phone on airplane mode to prevent overlapping the same sync schedule, gone through the repair/fix module several times, rebooted my computer several times, no clue what else to try at this point - any help please - I really don't want to change email clients?
