Within 2 months,my e-mail’s password changed 4 times

Hi
This has happened probably 6 times this year,I encountered this problem with other e-mails (hotmail) which I have closed now
The password suddenly changes and can't sign in so I retrieve the account via my alternate mail
I only log to this e-mail via my Ipad and my blackberry
What causes this problem?
