WinLM keeps asking me for my user name & password when I try to 'get mail'.  My provider tells me my problem is not with them (of course what else). So I am asking MS. I am using Win7/WLM 2012.  This has been going on intermittently for about 6 months. When I clk on'send/receive mail' it may contact my provider OK, usually it does not. If I leave it alone, and return after an hour or so I may find new mail in the inbox. Please help .rmhc.
