I am unable to open photos in Windows Photo Gallery. Two error message windows pop up.

The first one, "The program can't start because d2d1.dII is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

The second one, "Photo Gallery encountered an error loading WLXPhotoLibraryMain.dll and can't start. Error code:0x8007007e"

I have reinstalled WindowsEssentials2012 twice, and it did not fix the probem. I also tried repairing the program, and it did not fix the problem.

Please help.
