Hello all,

Photo Gallery won't start...error 0x80004005.  I just noticed it today.  I haven't used it in awhile.  Also, my picasa doesn't work either (thought I'd throw that in).  Movie Maker works.  Media Gallery works.

In the file I don't have OLD or plain 4 or 5.  I have one file.....Old_Pictures.pd6.  That's it.

I've looked through the Q&A's, tried all the suggestions and still nothing has worked.

I don't want to delete my Picture/Video libraries......I'll lose everything and I have no way to back them up right

now.

What do I do now?

PS:  I tried "FixIt" and none of the helpers would run after clicking "Run Now".  They were dead.
