When the Mail won't sync, I try to uninstall and reinstall the Productivity app. Install seems fine, but in the end I can't open the apps, at all.

Launching the apps, Windows 8.1 give me "This apps can't start, check the Windows Store for more information..."

When I click the link to Store, I found it need a "repair".

After repair is finished, it still won't start and refer me to to the store.

Resetting the Store (wsreset), still doesn't work.

Now the apps is kinda stuck, I can't uninstall it since the uninstall options are not shown on right click. The app tile is still there though. The app doesn't show at PC Settings, but in the store, it said "this apps is installed".

So... anybody have idea how I can restore access to productivity apps?
