Today I installed Windows Essentials 2012 version 16.4.3528.0331 and when I select a photo file it won't open and stops working.  Says something about a possible codec software problem.  I've trying repairing it and getting the same results.  I've downloaded 1000s of photos using this same camera with no problems before this new install.  Should I try uninstalling the program and reinstalling it?
