I have Windows 7 and the Windows Photo Gallery is no longer working.  I went to the Microsoft site to " Fix problems with Windows Live Photo Gallery that is not working" and when I try to run the Fix It solution I get an error message that says "we're sorry, you do not have the correct permission to run this program".  Any suggestions on how I can get the Photo Gallery to work again?
