I have a new windows 10 PC 64 bit w/ 32 GB memory  I installed windows photo gallery.  My pictures load I can manually  tag faces but the program no longer finds faces or offers suggestions for many folders of the last 156 photos with clear faces only 3 have been selected by the program and offered suggestions.  Photos previously identified on my previous win 7 machine still retain the facial tags.
