I am using Windows 8. Photo Gallery worked just fine when I first bought my computer over a year ago, but now it crashes every time I try to use it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Essentials 2012 several times and it still doesn't fix the problem.

I have researched this problem and have found that a lot of people have complained about it and it seems Microsoft has done nothing to fix this problem.

Any suggestions?
