Windows Photo Gallery is not using the GPS data from my photos to create geotags.   Attached is a screenshot from Photo Gallery -- I took the photo using my iPhone 5.   Location Services were set to "on," and as you can see (lower right-hand side), the phone recorded latitude and longitude information.  However, when I imported the photo, Photo Gallery did not convert the latitude and longitude coordinates into a geotag (upper right-hand side).   The coordinates are not in some strange location; they are in downtown Los Angeles--at the very least, Photo Gallery should have used the geotag "Los Angeles."  I have similar photos from a trip to Vietnam that include latitude/longitude/GPS coordinates, but which Photo GAllery has not converted to geotags.   How can I get Photo Gallery to use the latitude/longitude information to create geotags?
